Derita Studio
BIOGRAPHY
Derita Studio is the result of my little home recording studio. All songs recorded in my living room. I wrote all the songs and played most instuments, and I got my friend Marius to sing (since I stink at singing). I also got my friend Justin to do some extra guitar and keyboard parts. I know nothing of recording or mixing, but I'd thought I'd give it a shot. We then all went out to eat steak.

The first eight songs I would describe as folk, pop, and blues influenced rock. The last two songs are two of my electronica/techno solo songs I did totally on keyboard. Originally, I wanted to do this folk/pop rock album and a cheesy techno album too, but I missed two weeks of the challenge with a bad case of the flu. I had to use the two techno songs to meet my ten songs. Also, "Here With Me" and "Weekday Routine" I feel are not finished. Currently I am rerecording the instuments for those two, and writing lyrics for the song "Time." I plan on also tweaking the mixing on some of the other songs, then having somebody professionally master the album.
